What is sea moss?

Sea moss is a part of the red algae family. Plants in the ocean are older than plants on earth, and full of powerful nutrients. Eating seaweed is a great way to add nutrients and minerals to your nutritional regimen.

What are the benefits of sea moss?

Sea moss contains minerals that can help the body reduce inflammation, reduce the risk of infections, balance hormones and regulate blood pressure. These minerals include, but not limited to, Iodine, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium Chloride, Manganese, Copper and Zinc. This information is provided for your knowledge and not to be used as any medical advice given, always consult with your doctor as needed.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days for most orders. Wholesale orders may take 3-4 business days. Gels are made to order and can take between 3-5 business days for processing. Orders need to be placed before 12pm EST for same day processing.

You may receive tracking information before your order is shipped. Please allow a few business days for the carriers to update their system. Once packages are delivered to carriers and in their care, we are relying on them for an amazing service to deliver our beautiful products. Please hold grace for those postal agents.

How long will it take for your Pickup Order to be ready at the pickup location?

Drop offs at our pickup locations are scheduled for Wednesdays and Fridays. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be filled. If you have placed your order on a Sunday before 12pm, your order will be ready for Pickup on Wednesday. The customer will also be sent an email notification when their order is ready for pick up at their designated location.

What is our return policy?

Returns are accepted if the product is defective or damaged within 15 days of purchase date for a refund of the purchase price. Ocean salt, ocean smell and ocean taste does not make it defective. Gels are non-refundable.

Where does Anything 4 JC Sea Moss come from?

Our sea moss is wild harvested from the pristine ocean in St. Lucia. Sea moss is a highly regulated industry. All shipments are inspected and stamped by the Ministry of Agriculture on the island and later inspected by the Dept. of Agriculture when it arrives in the U.S.
